What will LIFE PollinAction do: production of a digital land cover/vegetation map (scale 1:10,000) of species-rich semi-natural grasslands in lowland areas of Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia regions; definition of indicators of grassland quality.

Which partners will collaborate: Friuli-Venezia Giulia Region

Expected results: provision of a database of lowland grasslands in eastern Italy that will contribute to the implementation of other actions by identifying possible donor meadows (Action E4) as well as by informing the design of environmental policies (Action E5).

When: September 2020 – March 2025
